Shipping Information

Central Coast Enduro Store (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. All orders are packed as quickly as possible to get your gear to you fast.

Processing Times

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are usually processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During sales or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping for orders over $150 (standard items only).
  • Flat Rate Shipping applies to standard orders under $150.
  • Bulky / Heavy Item Shipping applies to oversized or extremely heavy products.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates vary depending on your location:

  • NSW / ACT: 1–4 business days
  • QLD / VIC: 2–6 business days
  • SA / TAS: 3–7 business days
  • WA / NT: 5–10 business days

Remote and regional areas may experience additional delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.

Authority to Leave

Couriers may leave your order in a safe location if no one is home. If you prefer signature on delivery, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items cannot be shipped via air (e.g., oils, fuels, aerosols).
  • Some bulky items may require additional freight charges.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier. Please allow sufficient time for carriers to update tracking information during busy periods.
