Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange
unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging (including tags, labels, manuals and accessories)
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that cannot be returned
- Electrical items that have been installed or wired in
- Tyres, mousses or tubes that have been fitted, used or ridden on
- Oils, lubricants, coolants and other fluids that have been opened
- Protective gear that has been worn, soiled or damaged
- Clearance / sale items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
Change of mind returns
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or no longer want the item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is at your cost and the item must arrive in resellable condition.
If the product or packaging is damaged, we may decline the return or charge a restocking fee.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible
with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange a
repair, replacement, store credit or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
How to lodge a return
- Email us at sales@centralcoastendurostore.com.au with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions from our team.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

Ship the item using a trackable service to
15 Gordon Avenue, Summerland Point NSW 2259.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong item was sent or the item was faulty.
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
