Central Coast Enduro Store (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. All orders are packed as quickly as possible to get your gear to you fast.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are usually processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During sales or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Delivery estimates vary depending on your location:
Remote and regional areas may experience additional delays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.
Couriers may leave your order in a safe location if no one is home. If you prefer signature on delivery, contact us immediately after placing your order.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier. Please allow sufficient time for carriers to update tracking information during busy periods.
