Warranty Policy
Central Coast Enduro Store (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides warranty support in line with the
Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the warranty terms set by each product manufacturer.
This policy explains what is covered, what isn’t, and how to make a warranty claim.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Your purchase is protected by guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe,
significantly different from the description, or fails to perform as advertised.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Products that fail under normal use within the warranty period
- Incorrect components or defects present at time of delivery
What is NOT covered
- Damage caused by crashes, accidents or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear (brake pads, chains, sprockets, tyres, mousses, grips, etc.)
- Misuse, neglect, poor maintenance or modification of the product
- Products used outside their intended purpose
- Damage caused by incorrect fitment or failure to follow instructions
- Consumable items such as oils, lubricants and fluids once opened
- Electrical items that have been installed or wired in
Manufacturer Warranties
Many products we sell include their own manufacturer warranty.
In these cases, we follow the manufacturer’s assessment and decision.
Some brands require products to be returned directly to them for evaluation.
Warranty timeframes
Warranty periods vary by brand and product.
If no warranty duration is listed on the product page, contact us for confirmation.
How to make a warranty claim
- Email us at sales@centralcoastendurostore.com.au with your order number.
- Include clear photos/video showing the fault and how it occurred.
- Our team will assess the issue and may request the item be returned for inspection.
- If required, send the item to:

Once assessed, we will advise whether the claim is approved, rejected, or requires manufacturer review.
If your claim is approved
- The product will be repaired or replaced, or
- A store credit or refund may be issued (depending on the situation)
Shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us for assessment
- If the claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you
- If rejected, return shipping is at the customer's cost
